- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga - Sala Civil, de fecha agosto 28 de 2000, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la vida, seguridad social, remuneración mínima vital y móvil. En consecuencia se ordena a la EPS del ISS Seccional Santander, que dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo proceda a reconocer y pagar la licencia de maternidad a la señora GLADYS ROMERO TORRES.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
