- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 5º de Menores de Medellín, el 27 de enero de 2000, en consecuencia CONCEDER el derecho al pago oportuno de la licencia de maternidad de la actora.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la EPS del Seguro Social, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad a la señora María Inés Heredia de Trejos.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
