Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Quibdó, Sala Civil, Familia, Laboral, de fecha veinticinco (25) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999), en la acción de tutela presentada por Carmen Orfilia Ramos Ledesma contra el Instituto de Seguro Social, Seccional Chocó. En consecuencia, se concede la tutela pedida.
Para el cumplimiento de lo ordenado en esta tutela, el Instituto de Seguro Social, Seccional Chocó, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente decisión, deberá iniciar los trámites correspondientes para el reconocimiento y pago de las prestaciones económicas por licencia de maternidad de la demandante.
Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
