- Primero. REVOCANSE los fallos proferidos por los Juzgados
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Pasto y
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Medellin, y por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota, Sala Penal, dentro de los procesos de tutela instaurados por las senoras Sandra Santana Lopez, Luz Mariana Montenegro y Maria Sanchez Carvajal, en contra del Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
- En consecuencia, CONCEDASE el amparo solicitado por las actoras. ORDENASE al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales que en el termino de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de la presente providencia, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad a las senoras Sandra Santana Lopez, Luz Mariana Montenegro y Maria Sanchez Carvajal.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
