- Primero. CONFIRMAR PARCIALMENTE el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Popayan del 15 de octubre de 1998, en cuanto tutelo el derecho fundamental de peticion.
- Segundo. Adicionalmente, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la vida, salud y seguridad social de la senora Ana Carmen Salazar Garcia, para lo cual ordenara a la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social, CAJANAL E.P.S., que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad de la demandante, de conformidad con los argumentos expuestos en la presente sentencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
