- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por, la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá del 2 de diciembre de 1998, expediente T-194541 ; el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá del 27 de noviembre de 1998, expediente T-194599 ; el Juzgado
- Quinto. Civil del Circuito de Cartagena del 1° de diciembre de 1998, expediente T-195068 ; la Sala Civil Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Neiva del 12 de noviembre de 1998, expediente T-195090 y el Juzgado 1° Laboral del Circuito de Tunja del 25 de noviembre de 1998 en el expediente T-195460. En su lugar CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos a la vida, la salud y la seguridad social de las señoras Carmen Buitrago Giraldo, Berenice Samacá García, Tatiana Castro Vargas, Amalfi Ocampo Rojas y Sandra Valero Hernández, respectivamente.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales E.P.S., que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad a las demandantes señoras Carmen Buitrago Giraldo, Berenice Samacá García y Tatiana Castro Vargas.
- Tercero. ORDENAR a Unimec E.P.S., que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad a las demandantes señoras Amalfi Ocampo Rojas y Sandra Valero Hernández.
- Cuarto. LÍBRENSE por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
