en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
R E S U E L V E :
Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Puerto Escondido (Córdoba), el día 19 de julio de 1995, pero adicionándola en el sentido de ordenar al Alcalde del Municipio de Puerto Escondido (Córdoba), que proceda dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, a cancelar totalmente los salarios atrasados de la peticionaria AMINA VALDELAMAR MONDOL, siempre que haya partida presupuestal disponible. En caso contrario, dentro del mismo término, iniciará los trámites correspondientes para el cumplimiento del fallo, e informará inmediatamente, al Juez Promiscuo Municipal de Puerto Escondido (Córdoba).
Segundo. El cumplimiento estricto del presente fallo será supervisado y exigido por el Juez Promiscuo Municipal de Puerto Escondido (Córdoba).
Tercero. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
