- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del Juzgado treinta y dos Civil del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, proferida el 18 de marzo de 1998, dentro de la acción de tutela interpuesta por la señora Flor Maritza Hernández Briceño.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR la presente sentencia al Ministerio del Trabajo y Seguridad Social y a las accionantes de la referencia.
- Cuarto. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
