- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Laboral del Circuito de Cali, el día treinta y uno (31) de octubre de 1996, y, en consecuencia, denegar por improcedente la tutela solicitada por la ciudadana Nancy Martínez López.
- Segundo. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
