Primero. ESTESE a lo resuelto por la Corte en relación con las palabras "...pero es renovable indefinidamente", del artículo 46 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo (Sentencia C-588 del 7 de diciembre de 1995).
Segundo. ESTESE a lo resuelto por la Corte Suprema de Justicia (Sentencia 109 del 19 de septiembre de 1991) respecto de las palabras "y así sucesivamente", del artículo 46 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, numeral 2, subrogado por el 3 de la Ley 50 de 1990.
Tercero. Declarar EXEQUIBLES, las expresiones "por tiempo determinado" del artículo 45 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo; el artículo 46 del mismo Código, subrogado por el 3 de la Ley 50 de 1990, excepto lo ya fallado; y el literal c) del artículo 61 de dicho Código, subrogado por el 5 de la Ley 50 de 1990.
