Derecho a la vida el trabajo al debido proceso y los derechos fundamentales de los niños de trabajadora que habiendo suscrito un contrato de trabajo a termino fijo con empresa temporal como trabajadora en misión fue desvinculada de la empresa por razon de su estado de embarazo habiendo sido obligada a presentar su carta de renuncia.

- Segundo. Por Secretaria General, LIBRENSE la comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
