- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos en primera instancia por La Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Ibague del 2 de mayo de 1997, y el fallo de segunda instancia proferido por la Sala Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del 29 de mayo del mismo ano.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada por la senora YANETH LILIANA LIZARAZO NUNEZ. Por consiguiente, ORDENAR al ISS que dentro del termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la comunicacion del presente fallo, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad de la actora, de conformidad con los argumentos expuestos en este fallo.
- Tercero. SURTASE el tramite previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
