- Primero. Civil Municipal de Manizales en el proceso T-902639, mediante sentencia del cuatro (4) de febrero de dos mil cuatro (2004) y el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Manizales en el proceso T-902639, mediante sentencia del diecisiete (17) de marzo de de dos mil cuatro (2004).
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Saludcoop EPS que en el término de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificación del fallo, proceda a pagarle a Diana Milena Salgado Agudelo la licencia de maternidad correspondiente al nacimiento de su hijo Jacobo Barrios Salgado.
- Tercero. ORDENAR a la Juez Primera Civil Municipal de Manizales, que en aras de garantizar la efectividad de la acción de tutela, notifique este fallo a las partes dentro de los tres días siguientes a su recepción.
- Cuarto. Líbrese por Secretaría General la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, además de remitir copia de la sentencia a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud y al Ministerio de la Protección Social.
