  1. Primero. REVOCAR los fallos objeto de revisión adoptados por el Juzgado
  2. Quinto. Civil del Circuito de Ibagué el 1º de diciembre de 2000, y por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de la misma ciudad, Sala Civil, el 25 de enero de 2001, en razón de la acción de tutela promovida por BLANCA NUBIA SÁNCHEZ SERRANO contra el INSTITUTO DE SEGURO SOCIAL, SECCIONAL TOLIMA.
  3. Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada para proteger los derechos fundamentales al mínimo vital y del hijo recién nacido, vulnerados por el Instituto de Seguro Social, Seccional Tolima. Por ende, se ordena al representante legal de dicha seccional, o a quien haga sus veces, que dentro del perentorio término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a partir de la notificación personal de esta providencia, proceda a pagar la prestación económica de licencia por maternidad a que tiene derecho la señora SÁNCHEZ SERRANO. El juez de primera instancia verificará el cumplimiento de la orden.
  4. Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
