- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 1º Promiscuo Municipal de Aguachica, el 28 de noviembre de 2003, y, en consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela al derecho al mínimo vital de la señora Gloria Amparo González Guiral.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a Coomeva E.P.S. que, de no haberlo hecho, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, cancele las incapacidades laborales ordenadas a la señora Gloria Amparo Gonzales Guiral, hasta el momento de la interposición de la tutela.
- TERCERO. PREVENIR a la Cooperativa de Trabajadores Asociados Cootrasesa para que, en adelante, pague de manera oportuna las obligaciones en materia de seguridad social que benefician a la señora Gloria Amparo González Guiral.
- CUARTO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
