- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Buenaventura. En consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la maternidad, a la protección del recién nacido y al mínimo vital de la señora MARGARITA ROSA ZAPATA.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Seguro Social E.P.S. que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a pagar a la accionante el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde.
- Tercero. DÉSE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
