- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 9 de septiembre de 2003 por el Tribunal Superior de Pereira y su lugar, CONFIRMAR el numeral
- primero. del fallo de primera instancia proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. de Familia de Pereira que concedió la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la maternidad y al mínimo vital de la señora MARÍA COLORADO ORTÍZ y a la protección del recién nacido.
- Segundo. MODIFICAR el numeral
- segundo. del fallo de primera instancia proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. de Familia de Pereira y ORDENAR a la E.P.S. del Seguro Social, que si aún no lo ha hecho, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a pagar a la accionante el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
