- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Doce Penal del Circuito de Cali del 16 de mayo de 2003 en la acción de tutela de la referencia.
- Segundo. DECLARAR que existe carencia actual de objeto por presentarse un hecho superado.
- Tercero. PREVENIR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales - Seccional Valle para que en lo sucesivo evite incurrir en dilaciones injustificadas, en el pago de los subsidios de incapacidad temporal, debidamente reconocidos por la entidad.
- Cuarto. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
