Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Tribunal Superior de San Andrés Islas en los expedientes T-363500 y T-363501, de fecha junio veinte (20) de dos mil (2000).
Segundo. CONCEDER la protección solicitada por los señores Martha Cecilia Paredes, Abelardo Cerea Cantillo y William Cardona Gutiérrez en las demandas de tutela interpuestas contra el Hospital Timothy Britton de San Andrés -Isla.
Tercero. ORDENAR al Director del Hospital Timothy Britton de San Andrés -Isla, para que dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, cancele los salarios adeudados, a los demandantes, si aún no se hubiere hecho.
Si no tuvieren los recursos suficientes para ello, contarán con el término anteriormente señalado para iniciar las gestiones tendientes a la obtención de los recursos económicos que le permitan cumplir en su totalidad con el pago de las obligaciones pendientes con los accionantes, para lo cual dispondrán de un término máximo de tres (3) meses.
Cuarto. PREVENIR al ente demandado para que en el futuro evite incurrir en las omisiones que generaron la instauración de la presente acción de tutela.
Quinto. Por Secretaría General, cúmplase el trámite previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
