REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Monteria, y en su lugar CONCEDER la acción de tutela interpuesta por María Guadalupe Guíllin Hernández, para que las que las autoridades encargadas de dicho pago verifiquen en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas el efectivo cumplimiento de dicha obligación si aún no se ha realizado, y para que en el futuro garanticen el pago oportuno de dichas mesadas por parte del Hospital San Francisco de Ciénaga de Oro E.S.E., según el acta de compromiso suscrita por esa entidad y la Gobernación de Córdoba, de suerte que el mínimo vital de la accionante no resulte afectado.
Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
