Primero. REVOCAR la decision adoptada por el Juzgado
Septimo. Penal del Circuito de Cali y en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la vida digna, seguridad social, salud y al minimo vital de la demandante.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. SALUD TOTAL- Sucursal Cali- que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a partir de la notificacion de este fallo, proceda a pagar a la actora el valor de las incapacidades laborales que le corresponden.
Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
