- Primero. REVOCAR la providencia proferida por Juzgado
- Tercero. (3) Civil Municipal de Sincelejo (Sucre) el quince (15) de septiembre de dos mil tres (2003) dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora MONICA SOFIA VERBEL VERGARA contra COOMEVA E.P.S Seccional Sucre, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela invocada por la tutelante, y en consecuencia ORDENAR a la E.P.S. COOMEVA, que en el término de 48 horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, proceda a reconocer y pagar el valor de la licencia de maternidad de la señora Mónica Sofía Verbel Vergara.
- Tercero. Líbrese por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
