Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de San Vicente de Chucurí, dentro de las acciones de tutela promovidas por Luz Marina Gómez Díaz y Carmen Muñiz Serrano contra el Hospital San Juan de Dios de San Vicente de Chucurí.
Segundo. DECLARAR que existe carencia actual de objeto, por existir un hecho superado, por lo cual se abstiene de adoptar decisión alguna en relación con las peticiones formuladas.
Tercero. Por Secretaría General, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
