- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Bugalagrande, el 13 de agosto de 2002 y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela impetrada por el senor Luis Felipe Escobar Ortiz
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde del Municipio de Bugalagrande, que si aun no se ha hecho, reanude el pago de las mesadas pensionales del demandante, en el termino maximo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de la presente sentencia.
- Librense por Secretaria, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
