- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de segunda instancia proferida el Juzgado 16 Penal del Circuito de Cali, el 29 de agosto de 2000, que confirmo la de primera instancia, en la tutela de la referencia, y, en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Universidad del Valle, si es que no lo ha hecho, que en el termino de 48 horas habiles se paguen completas las mesadas dejadas de percibir por el doctor Juan Manuel Jaramillo Uribe y PREVENIR para que en el futuro no se vuelva a incurrir en mora.
- Tercero. Para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hara las notificaciones y tomara las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
