Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Ayapel y en su lugar conceder la tutela al mínimo vital y a la vida de la señora NURY ADELA NAVAL MIRANDA
Segundo. CONFIRMAR el mencionado fallo en cuanto garantizó el derecho de petición de la accionante.
Tercero. ORDENAR al Municipio de Ayapel Córdoba, el pago de las mesadas pensionales dejadas de pagar en el año 2002 a la señora Nury Adela Naval Miranda, y se llamará la atención a las autoridades del Municipio de Ayapel para que en el futuro no vuelva a incurrir en las omisiones que llevaron a la interposición de la presente tutela.
Cuarto. LIBRESE, por Secretaría General de la Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
