- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga, Sala Laboral, del 13 de enero del 2000, en el caso de Angel Custodio Castellanos contra Seguro Social E.P.S., por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Segundo. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juez de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
