Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Tercero. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, en el expediente T-224393. En consecuencia, conceder la tutela de los derechos a la vida y seguridad social de la actora, para lo cual se ordena al I.S.S, seccional Medellín, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a pagar a la señora María del Pilar Quiroz Zapata lo correspondiente a su licencia de maternidad.
Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Séptimo. Penal del Circuito de Cali, en cuanto concedió la tutela al derecho de petición a la señor María del Pilar Montejo, expediente T-194924. ADICIONAR el fallo anterior, concediendo la tutela por los derechos a la vida y seguridad social de la actora, para lo cual se ordena que el I.S.S, Seccional Cali, pague a la actora, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, lo que le adeuda por concepto de licencia de maternidad.
Tercero. Remitir copia de esta providencia, a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, para lo de su competencia, en lo relacionado con los hechos narrados dentro de la tutela T-224393.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría General, líbrese la comunicación prevista por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
