en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
R E S U E L V E:
Primero. Confirmar el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Popayan, el
primero. (1deg) de octubre de 1999, que declaro improcedente la accion de tutela instaurada por la senora Adriana Patricia Amezquita Londono contra el Seguro Social- Seccional Cauca.
Segundo. Ordenar que por Secretaria General se oficie a la Fiscalia General de la Nacion remitiendole copia de todo lo actuado para que, de considerarlo pertinente, inicie las investigaciones de rigor con miras a establecer la veracidad de los documentos aportados a este expediente y que conforman su acervo probatorio, debido a las inconsistencias observadas en los mismos que se ponen de presente en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
