- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 13 de noviembre de 2003 por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Neiva. En consecuencia, se CONCEDE la tutela de los derechos fundamentales invocados por la acicionante.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. SaludCoop, Regional Huila, que en el termino de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion del presente fallo, proceda a reconocer y pagar la licencia de maternidad a la que tiene derecho la senora Nelsy Sanchez Hernandez, a efectos de hacer efectiva la especial proteccion que la Constitucion prescribe para las mujeres en las condiciones en que se encuentran ella y su hijo.
- Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
