- Tercero. Civil Municipal de Bucaramanga y por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de la misma ciudad, el 31 de enero y el 3 de marzo del año 2003 respectivamente, en la acción de tutela instaurada por Marlene Blanco Santos contra SOLSALUD E.P.S., por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela invocada por la demandante, y en consecuencia ordenar a SOLSALUD E.P.S, que en el término de 48 horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, proceda a reconocer y cancelar la licencia de maternidad de la actora de esta tutela.
- Tercero. Líbrese por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
