- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por, la Sala Civil-Familia-Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Sincelejo del 24 de febrero de 1999; el Juzgado 3 Civil del Circuito de Tunja, del 15 de febrero de 1999; el Tribunal Administrativo del Quindío del 23 de febrero de 1999 y el Juzgado Único Civil del Circuito de Fundación, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos a la vida, la salud y la seguridad social de las señoras Carmen Villalba Gil; Nidia Esperanza González Guataquira; Gloria Adriana Jaramillo Valencia y Gloria Elena Martínez Paternina, respectivamente.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto del Seguro Social E.P.S., que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad a las demandantes señoras Carmen Villalba Gil; Gloria Adriana Jaramillo Valencia y Gloria Elena Martínez Paternina.
- Tercero. ORDENAR a Unimec E.P.S., que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad a la demandante señora Nidia Esperanza González Guataquira.
- Cuarto. LÍBRENSE por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
