- Primero. Revócase la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla el día veinte (20) de febrero de dos mil cuatro (2004), dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Delvis María Cantillo Novoa en contra de Salud Total EPS.
- Segundo. Ordénase a Salud Total EPS, a través de su representante legal, o quien haga sus veces, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, proceda a reconocer y pagar a favor de la señora Cantillo Novoa el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, Líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
