- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Civil Municipal de Bogotá y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela incoada por Janeth Triana González contra Salud Total E.P.S..
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Salud Total E.P.S, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta Sentencia, reconozca y pague a la señora Janeth Triana Martínez la licencia de maternidad a que tiene derecho.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí contemplados.
