- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 28 de agosto de 2003 por el Juzgado
- Quinto. Civil Municipal de Barrancabermeja, que nego la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la igualdad y a las garantias laborales y concedio el amparo del derecho fundamental de peticion, en la accion entablada por Luz Yaneth Perez Blanco contra Solsalud E P. S.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Solsalud E.P.S. que en el termino de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificacion del presente fallo proceda a responder la peticion formulada por la senora Luz Yaneth Perez Blanco el 7 de Julio de 2003.
- Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
