- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Bogota, Sala Civil, el 17 de octubre de 2003, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Telecom -en liquidacion-, suministrar a la senora Jisela del Pilar Rodriguez toda la colaboracion necesaria, tal como entregar los documentos o certificaciones que sean requeridos para obtener el pago de su licencia de maternidad, por parte de la E.P.S. Sanitas, en el evento que asi lo requiera.
- Librense por Secretaria, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
