- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Pasto, que concedió la tutela a la señora Nancy Amparo Mora Cerón, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta resolución y en su lugar REVOCAR el fallo del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Pasto, Sala de Decisión Penal.
- SEGUNDO. PREVENIR a la Gobernación y a la Secretaría Departamental de Educación de Pasto, para que en lo sucesivo se abstengan de realizar actuaciones tendientes a la desprotección de la estabilidad laboral reforzada de las mujeres cabeza de familia.
- LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
