- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del diecisiete (17) de mayo de dos mil cuatro (2004), proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Turbo, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Elizabeth Suárez Galindo contra COOMEVA EPS seccional Antioquia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a COOMEVA EPS seccional Antioquia, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo proceda a reconocer y pagar a favor de la señora Elizabeth Suárez Galindo el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, Líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
