  1. Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y Ocho Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, el 4 de mayo de 2004, que confirmó la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Dieciocho Civil Municipal de Bogotá, el 16 de marzo de 2004.
  2. Segundo. CONCEDER la acción de tutela impetrada por el señor Belisario González Ulloa contra el Banco del Pacífico, en liquidación y, en consecuencia ORDENAR al representante legal del Banco del Pacífico, en liquidación, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia oficie a las centrales de riesgo a las cuales reportó al demandante como deudor moroso de la obligación crediticia que se discute en el proceso ordinario promovido por Belisario González Ulloa y otro contra el Banco del Pacífico en liquidación, que cursa en el Juzgado
  3. Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, a fin de que la información corresponda a la verdad.
  4. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
