CONFIRMAR EL FALLO proferido por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, de fecha 21 de junio de 1993, salvo en lo referente a la condena en abstracto al pago de perjuicios ocasionados y a las costas que se hayan generado, los cuales se declaran improcedentes para este caso.
