- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia, el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Rionegro el 9 de Octubre de 2003, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por el señor Walter Alirio Gallo Muñoz, en contra de DATACREDITO.
- Segundo. SE ORDENA a DATACRÉDITO que, de no haberlo hecho ya, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, actualice los datos negativos existentes en su base de datos sobre la mora en que incurrió el señor Walter Alirio Gallo Muñoz frente a COMCEL S.A. durante los meses de febrero a mayo de 2001, puesto que a la fecha ya ha transcurrido el término constitucional de caducidad de ese dato financiero.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Cuarto. Para garantizar la efectividad de la acción de tutela, el Juez
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Rionegro notificará esta sentencia dentro del término de cinco días después de haber recibido la comunicación, de conformidad con el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
