- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido en el asunto de la referencia por el Juzgado Veintiocho Civil de Santafé de Bogotá, y en su lugar, conceder la acción de tutela del derecho al Habeas Data del señor Campo Elías Gómez Sánchez, en consecuencia se ordenará a Datacrédito, que en el impostergable término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, actualice los datos del peticionario, expidiendo los certificados pertinentes, y comunicando a las entidades crediticias la situación real del peticionario, señor Campo Elías Gómez Sánchez, y otorgando los correspondientes paz y salvos, corrigiendo los datos que no sean veraces, exactos y actuales.
- Segundo. Librar, por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí previstos.
