- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del quince (15) de diciembre de dos mil tres (2003), proferida por el Juzgado
- Séptimo. Civil Municipal de Bogotá, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Nohora Esmeralda Corredor Rivera contra COMPENSAR EPS seccional Bogotá.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a COMPENSAR E.P.S. seccional Bogotá, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo proceda a reconocer y pagar a favor de la señora Nohora Esmeralda Corredor Rivera el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, Líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
