- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Bogotá. En consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la maternidad, a la protección del recién nacido y al mínimo vital de la señora SAIRA CAROLINA CABRA SÁNCHEZ.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a saludcoop E.P.S. que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes, contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a pagar a la actora el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde.
- TERCERO. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
