- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido en el proceso de la referencia por el Juzgado
- Quinto. Civil del Circuito de Bucaramanga. CONCEDER la tutela interpuesta por Gladys Sandoval García contra el Instituto de Seguros Sociales, seccional Bucaramanga.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. del Instituto de Seguros Sociales que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad a la señora Gladys Sandoval García.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría. líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
