- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado
- Undecimo. Civil Municipal de Cartagena y por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Civil del Circuito de Cartagena dentro del proceso de la referencia, y en su lugar CONCEDER la proteccion a los derechos fundamentales a la seguridad social y al minimo vital del accionante.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Coomeva EPS que, dentro de los cinco dias habiles siguientes a la notificacion de esta sentencia, le pague al senor Carlos Cesar Castellar Cohen las incapacidades laborales identificadas con los numeros 1958101 y 2062294, expedidas en el ano 2008.
- Tercero. Librese por Secretaria General la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
