- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR, por las razones aquí expuestas, la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, Sala de Decisión Laboral, de fecha quince (15) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995), que, a su vez, confirmó en todas sus partes el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. (2o.) Laboral del Circuito de esa ciudad, el veintisiete (27) de febrero del mismo año.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR este fallo al Juzgado
- Segundo. (2o.) Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
