Solicita la accionante el pago de su licencia de maternidad ya que la EPS se niega a reconocerlo porque no cumple con el número de semanas requeridas.
La Sala de las pruebas aportadas encuentra que la accionante si cotizó el número de semanas requeridas para obtener el pago de su licencia de maternidad, y se recuerda los lineamientos dados en la sentencia T -1223 de 2008.

- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Quince Penal del Circuito de Cali-Valle, el seis (6) de marzo de dos mil nueve (2009) que confirmó el fallo de primera instancia mediante el cual se negó la acción de tutela a la actora. En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela interpuesta por Ximena León Ortiz.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Servicio Occidental de Salud -SOS EPS que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, si aún no lo hubiere hecho, cancele a la accionante la totalidad de la licencia de maternidad correspondiente por el nacimiento de su hijo.
