- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia (Sala de Casación Civil) de fecha seis (6) de abril de 1995, en la acción de tutela interpuesta por María Claudia Ferreira Salazar contra la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
- SEGUNDO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Catorce Civil del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá en el proceso de tutela instaurado contra la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana por José Manuel Díaz Herrera y en su lugar SE CONFIRMA la sentencia proferidad por el Juez Veinticuatro Municipal de Santa Fe de Bogotá que negó la Tutela.
- TERCERO. COMUNICAR a través de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional el contenido de la sentencia, al Tribunal Superior del Distrito judicial de Santafé de Bogotá (Sala Civil), y al Juzgado Veinticuatro Civil Municipal de Santa Fe de Bogotá, para los efectos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591/91.
