- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 19 de mayo de 2004 por el Juzgado 53 Penal del Circuito de Bogotá, D.C. y en su lugar conceder el amparo solicitado por el accionante.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, se expida la correspondiente orden de matrícula de Pedro Fermín Tarazona Sandoval, al primer semestre del Programa Académico Tecnología Electrónica, con la advertencia de que la Universidad debe regularizar su permanencia en la misma, para lo cual el citado estudiante debe sujetarse a los reglamentos internos de hi Universidad.
- TERCERO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
